We are pleased to provide a superior international shopping experience for our customers worldwide. Our delivery time for international destination is 7-10 business days but it may vary according to the destination.
Simply add items to your shopping cart, choose your country and check out. They calculate and display the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our dispatch centres in the United States to your selected destination, as well as applicable duties and taxes.
International shipping is calculated based on a variety of factors including the desired shipping speed, the quantity of items you are purchasing, the weight of these items, and the country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the checkout based on the items you are buying and your destination. Duties are decided by the destination country customs authorities and are based on a combination of the country of origin and the type of merchandise. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are decided upon by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the international checkout.
Orders shipping to US military addresses are required to go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same fees and duties as our other international orders.
At times, an item may need to be returned or exchanged. Due to the International Shipping requirements, your returned item will be processed as a refund instead of an exchange. Once you have received your refund you may place a new order for the item you wish to receive. To initiate an international return, please get in touch with us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Your authorisation will be issued through our partner and include further instructions, drop-off locations and all shipping costs related to returning the items.
When the items arrive at our distribution center and pass our quality review, we will issue your refund as promptly as possible. In the event that items have been damaged or were defective prior to delivery, or in the event that you received an incorrect item, we will reimburse your return shipping costs.
*Returned item(s) received that do not pass our quality inspection and are no longer in saleable new condition will not be eligible for refund, exchange or merchandise credit.
Email Shipping Confirmations
All orders are processed in our distribution centers within 24 hours of receiving them. We’ll email you with delivery and tracking information as soon as it becomes available from our couriers.
International customers will receive delivery and tracking information generally within 5 business days after the order has been placed.
Feel free to put it on - every style we offer is picked with care and we're proud of our high standard of quality. We understand if your new purchase doesn't work out the way you planned, so we've made the return process simple and hassle free.
Returns or exchanges requested within 60 days of purchase are accepted graciously! Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with zero defects. Returns made with the original receipt can only be refunded in the original purchaser. Returns without the original receipt can only be refunded at the lowest selling price in the form of a store credit. Refunds by check will be mailed within 30 days of approval of the refund.
Make a Return by Mail
To return your unwanted item by mail, please affix the Prepaid Return Shipping Label provided with your package, along with your invoice in the mail. Please be aware that when we do receive your return, we'll deduct $7.00 USD from your refund for handling fees. You can return the item to following address :-

Need A Different Size or Color?
If you would like to exchange an item for a different SIZE or COLOR within 60 days of your original purchase, simply circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to exchange and indicate the size/color you would prefer. Merchandise sent to us for exchange must be unworn and unwashed or defective and in saleable condition. Your new merchandise will be shipped out as soon as the return has been received.
Prefer A Different Item?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different item within 60 days of your original purchase, you may call us to place your order with one of our Consultants. Once you have placed your re-order, you can then make your return as described above.
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 60 days of your original purchase, please contact our Customer Service to get a Return Authorization Number, which is necessary in order to process your return. Our Customer Service will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please bear in mind that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing time, refunds, credits
Your refund or credit will be issued back to you within 30 business once we have received your returned item at our warehouse and passes our Quality Inspection. We will send a confirmation email once the goods have been received and then again when they pass the quality inspection. The refund will be issued back to the original method that was used to make the purchase.
